Hi Margaret, I often thought what a wonderful thing an egg is and what would we do without them:
Eat it boiled, fried, scrampled, poached, omelette
Use it for cooking both savoury and sweet
Use it in alcohol (egg nog)
Use as a hair conditioner (yoke) face mask (white whipped up)
Probably lots more I cant think of right now.
Isn’t the little hen such a worthy bird.
