I recently wrote about my ‘recipe’ book that I started in March 1985 and finished in December 2009. As explained this book started out as a notebook to write recipes in that had been cut out of magazines, or given on scraps of paper, and when I got fed up of the mess decided to put them into a notebook. That notebook lasted quite a while! And now I’ve started another.
Here are some old favourites, some new ones, some complete experiments. I hope you’ll try some.
