Lovely, Margaret. Daffodils are my very favourite flowers, followed closely by primroses. I haven’t managed to find any wild garlic here yet, but it’s really only starting to get warm so I’m keeping my fingers crossed! Did you plant yours?
I’ll be honest June… I stole some from the side of a roadway with roots on it and planted here! I found this amazing roadway with both sides of the road covered in wild garlic – couldn’t resist!
I remember my mother doing the same with primroses! (And if I could find a bit of wild garlic I might do the same! Plenty to go round!)
Oops! I did that with primroses too… although they were on a friend’s land and I had permission!
