     Thanks Dee! I was just setting up camera and took this one…. kind of weird but nice… need to make more.. and a definite must for this week is elderflower and gooseberry jam! 🙂

     Paula, it is lovely diluted in some really cold water on a hot summer’s day! (If only we had the weather!!!)

   I made loads of it this year and have put some in the freezer. Love it. Was amused reading your roundup blog post about June and I’m v impressed by all your posts – I’m not getting time to write in IF at the mo at all!
