So much happened over the weekend at the first ever Inish Food event. It is difficult to know where to start! And it is going to take weeks, and weeks, to tell you all about it.
This post is really starting in the middle! I know a strange place to start, but this was just so fascinating to watch I wanted to share it all with you.

I had never seen Black Pudding being made before – it was really extra-ordinary to watch and looked so simple!
