When we delivered a box of our free-range pork to John last weekend he said that he would video himself cooking up the pork. I am so impressed by the results!
John had only got his new Mac last week and look how quickly he learned out to use the video application! This is his first attempt, things can only get better!
So I am impressed on two levels – his use of his new software and the depiction of the meat!
Doesn’t that meat look really good? I know I am slightly biased. I don’t think anyone could deny how well it looks though!
I want to be there at that barbecue. Isn’t it a pity you can’t transmit the smell by video…. but imagination allows us to just get the whole flavour, smell, atmosphere!

Thanks Margaret I am so very happy we met good friends and good food life couldn’t get better…..well maybe good drink as well but as you know I only partake occasionally now as Elora doesn’t drink but I enjoy it even more in small dose’s 🙂
