Now that’s enough to get Farmer Alfie incensed. You’ve seen the photographs of him with his pigs. He talks to them, plays with them, gives them the odd massage, but even he could not believe what he was reading!
Has the world gone completely mad?
The experts claim that there is a world food shortage… but then others tell us that 40% (yes 40%) of the food that is produced in the world goes to waste! Isn’t that statistic just disgraceful. So let’s stop wasting food, and then there will be no need to produce meat on a dish!

Call me old fashioned – but if I choose to eat pork I’d prefer it to come from a pig that had a happy life outdoors!
